Spilled Milk

Suspecting

a shift

she felt good

and clear

in her

guts

and

so

like a bulk milk tank

out on the farm

opened at the base

unknowingly,

she

poured out

the truth

in a great big spill

and let

the  gushing lake

flood the chips

that fell

as they may.

I like the imagery in this one. A simple act of pouring milk, transformed into a profound revelation of truth.

  2. Kim Nelson says:

I’ve been known to let go in a great, gushing flow. Sometimes it drains me. Other times it prompts immediate refilling. Either way, I am intimately blessed.
